In 2017 I decided to run a half marathon. At the time I signed up for it, I was not even able to complete a 5K without stopping. I was doing short races twice a week, and I mentioned this to Emilly. 2 months prior to the race, she prepared a detailed schedule of workouts and runs with a weekly mileage, that will prepare me to complete it. She kept a closed watch on my progress following up with me and my improvement at least once a week. She advised me on a diet to follow during my training that kept me nourished and with enough energy to complete the workouts and runs. During her follow ups, I’ll mentioned my struggles with motivation, tiredness or pain and she will modify or add additional workouts or stretches that were tailored to me. It was a difficult time but thanks to her, I stayed motivated and disciplined and I completed my race with only one stop for a bathroom break on mile 7. Thank you Emilly!
